Does sea air affect glass and frames in Al Khan?
Salt and humidity are harder on frames and fittings, so we recommend coated aluminium and stainless steel fittings for waterfront apartments.

Yes, if the building approves it. We check the slab edge and choose the fixing during the site visit.
