Our Glass Majlis service
A glass majlis gives guests a bright room for entertaining, built in the garden, on a roof or as an extension of the villa.
We plan the frame layout, glass and doors around how the room will be used, with tinted or reflective glass for privacy and heat control, and sliding or folding doors to open it up in the cooler months.

How do you keep a glass majlis comfortable in summer?
Glass choice matters most. Tinted or reflective glass and solid roof sections reduce heat, and we recommend a combination once we have seen the site.
Can the majlis be private from the street or neighbours?
Yes. Frosted, tinted or reflective glass on the sides that face outward keeps it private while still letting light in.
Do I need approval to build a majlis?
Rules depend on your emirate and community. Check with the municipality or your community management before work starts.
How much does Glass Majlis cost?
